Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Fixed Shipping cost of 80₹ on every order
• Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.

Return & Replacement Policy

• Wrong product delivered

2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.

3. Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and invoices must be intact
• Unboxing video may be required for verification

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
• Items without original packaging
• Customized or personalized products

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Replacement

Replacement is offered subject to stock availability.
